• 1 oz (30 ml) Sortilège McIntosh Apple
• 3 to 4 drops of bitters
• A sprig of sage
• 3 oz (90 ml) dry rosé sparkling wine

Pour the Sortilège McIntosh Apple into a champagne flute. Add the bitters and sage. Top with the sparkling wine.
