• 2 oz (60 ml) Sortilège Rye Whisky
• 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz (22 ml) simple syrup
• 1 egg white or 1 dash of vegan foamer
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) red wine

Add all liquid ingredients except for the red wine in a cocktail shaker glass and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a float of red wine (0.5 oz).
