• 1 1/4 oz (38 ml) Sortilège McIntosh Apple
• 3/4 oz (23 ml) Pimm’s
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) apricot brandy
• 1 egg white
• Ice
• Soda
• Apple slices (for garnish)

Pour the Sortilège McIntosh Apple, Pimm’s, apricot brandy, and egg white into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with apple slices.
