Sortilège Apple 750ml Pomme à l’érable

The big apple sour

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Sortilège McIntosh Apple
  • 2 oz (60 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice
  • 3/4 oz (23 ml) red wine
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

Pour the Sortilège McIntosh Apple, lemon juice, and egg white into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a whisky glass with ice. Slowly pour in the red wine to prevent it from mixing with the contents of the glass Garnish with a zest of lemon.
