Sortilège Coffee

  • 1.5 oz. Sortilège Cream
  • 1.5 oz. Sortilège Original
  • 5 oz. freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 tsps. whipped cream
  • Maple sugar (optional)

Pour the Sortilège Maple Cream and Sortilège Original in a cup filled with your favorite coffee. Stir gently and garnish with the whipped cream and some grated maple sugar (optional).


Sortilège Maple Cream on the rocks

  • 3 oz. Sortilège Crème
  • Ice cubes

Pour the Sortilège Maple Cream over a few ice cubes in a whisky glass


Sortilège Colada

  • 2 oz. Sortilège Cream
  • 1 oz. rum
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. coconut milk
  • Ice
  • Slice of pineapple

Mix all the ingredients in a mixer until you get a nice consistency. Add more ice if needed to obtain a richer texture. Serve in a glass decorated with a slice of pineapple.


Salted Sortilege

  • 2 oz. Sortilège Cream
  • 1 oz. Kamouraska Bacon (bacon flavoured vodka)
  • Freshly ground peeper
  • Slice of bacon (optional)

Mix all the liquid ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Filter into a martini glass and garnish with some freshly ground pepper and a slice of bacon.


Sortilège Eggnog

  • 2 oz. Sortilège Maple Cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsps. sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • Drops of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Pour the Sortilège Maple Cream over a few ice cubes in a Whisky glass.
Add your Eggnog to taste. Garnish with some ground cinnamon (optional).
